Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Advisor to be based in Leigh.
Full time and Permanent
Circa £35k
You will advise, coach and support the HR Business Partner and management teams with HR support for the operations teams. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Advise and coach managers on effective management of ER cases.
- Manage attraction, recruitment and onboarding activity.
- Coach and support managers to attract and recruit the best talent.
- Support with managing performance within teams.
- Review and analyse KPI’s, highlighting trends to the HRBP and management team.
- Ensure all Payroll information is submitted accurately and timely.
We are looking for:
- Solid experience gained working as a generalist, ideally within a manufacturing environment or similar.
- Experience with ER cases with the ability to demonstrate at interview.
- Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good UK employment law knowledge.
