In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the mortgage journey—providing consistently high-quality, professional support to both internal teams and external customers, from pre-offer to post-completion follow-ups. You will primarily engage with clients over the phone, expertly guiding them through both residential and buy-to-let mortgage applications.

Here’s a taste of what you will be doing:

  • Safeguard data accuracy by completing all administration to a high standard—ensuring the integrity of information across core systems and generating reliable management reports.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, brokers, solicitors, and customers, managing enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve and escalate enquiries, issues, and complaints, always putting the customer experience first.
  • Collaborate with third parties to support business and customer needs effectively.
  • Work flexibly within a cross-functional team to ensure seamless communication, delivery, and administrative support across departments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, helping refine systems, processes, and policies to align with the Society’s values, risk appetite, and business goals.
  • Support business-wide efficiencies by undertaking a range of related activities to benefit our customer base.
