Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the hotel
- Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in process
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized valet area
- Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
- Assist with guest inquiries and special requests, aiming to exceed their expectations
- Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service
- Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies
Qualifications:
- Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
