This post links directly to the Green Job post. We are looking for a Sustainability Commercial Account Manager to join the Frontier team on a permanent, full-time basis. We use a hybrid approach to working; this is a national role, and there will be a requirement to attend sites and offices each week along with working from home.

You will play a key role in working with and supporting end consumers and Frontier commercial teams in building and delivering projects related to sustainable crop production. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer relationships; building and maintaining a strong network of internal and external stakeholders such as agronomists, farm traders, and farmer customers.
  • Developing understanding of technical aspects of sustainability programmes to effectively support customers.
  • Developing and running enrolment campaigns.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage changing priorities, and being an effective team player. You should be solution-focused and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
