Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safe operation of the articulated dumper truck and minimise the risk of accidents or injuries to oneself and others.
- Material Handling: Transporting materials efficiently and safely, often over rough or uneven terrain, while maintaining load stability and preventing spills or damage to the truck, materials, or surrounding structures.
- Communicating effectively with other workers, supervisors, and site personnel.
- Able to competently carry out daily pre-start plant safety inspections and maintenance checks, and communicate service requirements in good time to the site management team.
- Able to perform routine maintenance tasks such as refuelling, greasing moving parts, and cleaning the equipment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and strong communication skills.
- Able to manage time effectively.
- Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets and experienced in operating any of the following: Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers.
- Reliable & punctual.
- Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time.
- Right to work in the UK.
