You will be working in a friendly, supportive, and fast-moving environment, where you will be engaging with a range of professional clients to carry out short research surveys. The calls are outbound though, they are research based, where you will be using a very straightforward software system to record your results from the survey. The calls will be enjoyable, very warm, and friendly and very high quality based for their clients.

The Job You’ll Do: Working in a friendly team-based environment, you will call a range of professional individuals who have recently completed a training course, further/higher education, or an apprenticeship to complete a short and enjoyable telephone survey. All the calls are purely research based, with full training and continuous support provided. You will be using a software system to record your findings. The system is easy to use, with various drop-down menus and multiple-choice fields to choose from. You will need to work at pace and be very accurate with the recording of your information.
About You: You will possess strong communication skills, both spoken and written. Previous experience in an office environment and making/receiving inbound or outbound calls would be ideal, though not essential. You must be able to work at pace and to targets. Happy making warm outbound research calls. Previous customer service experience from any sector would be preferred. You may have also recently left higher education and you are looking for an enjoyable and immediate job role. You will be happy with a temporary assignment, and you are able to start immediately.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 19:00. You will be off work, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
