The role of the Team Leader is to lead, manage, engage, and develop a team of Senior Advisors responsible for inventory management and maximizing revenue opportunities. This position is crucial in supporting the delivery of company KPIs, driven by a passion for achieving outstanding performance. The Team Leader collaborates closely with Revenue Managers, Revenue Analysts, and Senior Leadership teams across both P&O Cruises and Cunard.
Key responsibilities include managing department workloads, reviewing priorities, and ensuring the team takes ownership of their product and berthing to align the guest and ship journey. The Team Leader fosters a fun and engaging environment by leading from the front. Additionally, the Team Leader works with the Revenue Manager and the Air, Land, and Analytics Manager to optimize revenue and inventory. They continuously review processes to enhance business performance and ensure an exceptional guest journey.
- Development, training, and mentoring of the team to drive business performance and revenue
- Leading the team to deliver processes on time and consistently
- Managing all deliverables related to inventory for both brands
- Managing forums for performance, inventory, berthing, and cost reviews
This role is classified as CUK09, offered on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid working (up to two days from home).
