About The Role

We are seeking a Kitchen Sales Consultant to join our team. Prior kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training through our 4-week Kitchen Sales Consultant Training Academy. Your journey begins in the showroom, learning about our products and systems, complemented by an e-learning program. Following this, you'll attend intensive face-to-face training at our purpose-built Training Academy to gain practical skills necessary to serve our customers effectively. After graduation, you'll return to the showroom to create dream kitchens for our clients. During your initial eight weeks post-training, you'll receive full support from colleagues and managers, including plan accuracy checks and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide guided pricing for their ideal kitchens.
  • Assist customers through the design process and highlight why Wren Kitchens is the preferred choice.
  • Schedule appointments for measurements and consultations.
  • Capture customer requirements to ensure the design exceeds expectations.
  • Create inspirational designs using our 3D CAD software.
  • Confirm details with customers and obtain their approval to minimize errors.
  • Explain purchase documents clearly to customers.
  • Present various finance and payment options.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and appointments.
  • Adhere to compliance protocols as directed by management.

About You

  • Driven and ambitious with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience in sales and customer service roles such as Account Manager, Business Development Executive, or Kitchen Design Consultant.
  • Available to work 34 hours per week, including weekends and evenings for promotional activities.
  • Subject to a basic criminal record check as per DBS policy.
