This role involves overseeing end-to-end implementation projects, conducting client workshops, translating needs into solutions, and supporting business development in SAP S/4 HANA Finance. The ideal candidate will: Lead SAP S/4 HANA Finance implementation projects covering Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budget Forecasting. Conduct client workshops for requirements gathering and solution walkthroughs. Translate client needs into effective SAP Finance solutions, leveraging industry best practices. Have experience in SAP Finance Transformation domains. Shape clients\’ future Finance roadmaps, including redesigning business processes. Understand the architecture connecting digital solutions with core Finance processes. Support sales initiatives, including bids and proposals in SAP S/4 HANA Finance. The Person Proven track record delivering SAP S/4 HANA Finance Transformation programs in consulting. Experience with full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA system design, build, and deployment (preferably three implementations). Strong knowledge in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budget Forecasting. Experience supporting pre-sales activities like RFPs and client demos. Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills. Analytical skills to clarify complex issues and synthesize information. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills. Good knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices. Ability to produce detailed project deliverables such as requirements, specs, and process flows. Experience facilitating design workshops and translating requirements into solutions.
