Where you’ll work: Depending on the needs of your business area, we expect hub-based people to be in the office at least once a week, and to attend OVO Connection events in-person. This role in a nutshell: The Supplier Performance Manager ensures the performance and efficiency of our third-party partners. Responsibilities include:
- Reporting, trend analysis, stakeholder communication, and implementing improvement initiatives when performance issues arise.
- Leading performance with key suppliers, optimizing operations, and ensuring strategic alignment and innovation.
Your key outputs include:
- Developing and implementing a partner roadmap for efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Monitoring and managing third-party vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Identifying and addressing performance gaps with corrective actions.
- Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.

- Maintaining performance dashboards and reports.
