Head of Supply Chain

An exciting opportunity awaits at Clearly Drinks Ltd for an experienced and driven Head of Supply Chain to join our team in Sunderland on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a rare chance to take on a leadership role within a fast-paced FMCG environment where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution. We\’re looking for someone who can own the end-to-end supply chain —from supplier management and procurement to demand planning, 3PL logistics, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll be a key player in shaping our operations, enhancing efficiency, and supporting growth in a values-led, innovative business. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and deliver a forward-thinking supply chain strategy aligned with business goals. Lead and inspire teams across procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics. Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and drive cross-functional collaboration. Ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing and delivery of raw materials. Leverage digital tools and analytics to enhance forecasting and inventory accuracy. Optimize 3PL warehousing and transport operations. Manage supply chain risk and build resilience into sourcing and delivery plans. Drive sustainability in packaging, logistics, and supplier practices. Collaborate with NPD teams to support seamless new product launches. What You’ll Bring: Strong leadership background in a supply chain role within FMCG (e.g. food, beverages, soft drinks, or brewing). Demonstrated experience in 3PL , freight, and logistics management. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency with ERP systems and demand planning tools . Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. High level of commercial and financial acumen.
