Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS) has two exciting new roles for National / Regional Sales, Business Development Managers. Locations: Midlands and Northwest/Northeast, Bristol, Southwest, Wales, and Ireland. Ideally, candidates should have an innovative and motivational technical sales background within a manufacturing and supply business. You will be proactive, enthusiastic, and driven, playing a pivotal role in expanding our clients' customer base and driving sales growth. This position focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leveraging market expertise to meet our strategic ambitions.
Compensation: OTE: £80,000 (including commission and car), Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + car allowance, Bonus/Commission: £8,000 - £10,000 (uncapped, if targets are met). Additional benefits: Generous car, pension, health schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Intake
- Travel across your region to generate sales exceeding targets.
- Build a long-term pipeline of projects and opportunities.
- Self-generate new business and projects.

- Create and manage forecasts weekly, monthly, and annually.
