Location: Head Office, CM2 0LS

Salary: £14.70 per hour

Contract: Part-Time, Permanent

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)

Join our HR team and play a vital role in supporting the business with efficient and accurate administration! We're looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to assist with a wide range of HR tasks, focusing on maintaining systems, managing documentation, and supporting employee onboarding and records.

About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you'll be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the HR department. You will work closely with team members and wider Society staff, managing employee data and supporting HR processes with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Update and manage HR databases and systems
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and termination letters
  • Monitor the onboarding process using Eploy to ensure correct employee data
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes across the trading division
  • Handle employee data securely in line with GDPR requirements
  • Support general HR tasks and assist colleagues as needed

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
