Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting and running all enclosing lines.
- Responsible for loading all hoppers with the correct stock.
- Understanding Mailsort and ensuring all work is frayed and presented correctly.
- Lead by example and ensure that all work produced by yourself is of the standard expected.
- Assist the Team Leader in training Trainees by encouraging and advising them.
- Responsible for achieving quality and quantity standards.
- Ensure adherence to all quality procedures and complete relevant paperwork.
- Recognize potential problems quickly and inform the Team Leader immediately.
- Ensure PPE is worn as required.
- Maintain general housekeeping within the Mailroom Area.
- Undertake training as required.
- Comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and related policies.
- Perform any other duties as required.
