We are recruiting an exceptional, highly intelligent, and charming Executive Assistant to support the CEO of an exquisite private estate, home to a collection of high-end hospitality, wellness, and leisure ventures. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the right hand to an accomplished and visionary Principal. Your responsibilities will extend far beyond traditional EA support.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the estate’s daily operations
- Coordinate and elevate VIP guest experiences
- Manage property enquiries from UHNWIs and VIPs
- Act as the key liaison for global PR agencies
- Organise and host press visits
The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 8 years’ professional experience, ideally within luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
- A perfectionist with creative flair who insists that everything is done to the highest standard, who leaves nothing to chance
- Impeccable cultural awareness and sophistication in dealing with a discerning, international clientele
- Outstanding communication skills with native-level fluency in English (Italian proficiency is a significant plus)
