Responsibilities:
- This is a Monday through Friday position with day and evening hours (2 evenings per week).
- A successful candidate will be a compassionate individual who will put their clients' treatment first, efficiently manage priorities and time, and effectively offer treatment at the Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintaining caseload per State Regulations.
- Ensure completion of all required paperwork (i.e. psychosocial summary, treatment plan, progress notes etc.) as outlined by regulation both accurately and timely.
- Provides evidence-based and other approved counseling techniques and interventions to facilitate client success.
- Offer assessment, individual, and group sessions.
- Provides appropriate interventions to facilitate engagement of non-compliant patients.
Roxbury's outpatient program specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders while using an integrated treatment approach for individuals with co-occurring mental health needs. We provide assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and intensive outpatient treatment.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in Psychology or other related field which includes a practicum in health or human service agency preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Psychology or other related field and one year of clinical experience in a health or human services agency required.
- Licensed counselor in the state of Pennsylvania preferred.
