We are currently seeking a Workshop Fishing Technician to join the Oiltools team. This role will be required to: Carry out servicing, assembly, and testing of Archer fishing equipment, shock tools, and third-party equipment in accordance with Archer\’s quality management system. Prepare tools for shipment offshore according to work orders and procedures. Prepare offshore checklists for tools. Participate in maintenance and housekeeping of the workshop area. Prepare necessary job reports and documentation for all tool installation and offshore activities. Engage in project work. Maintain safe and proactive behavior, including active use of 4-point checks, toolbox talks, interventions, and proactive reporting. Additional requirements: Available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to operational needs. Maintain a clean work area and keep all paperwork/records up to date. Assist in training and mentoring Archer personnel on fishing equipment and maintenance as required. Experience: Proficient with Windows PC use. Extensive experience with all fishing tools and inspection criteria. Experience in setting up new business workshops and improving workflow efficiencies is beneficial.
