You will join a well-established company delivering high-value refurbishment and reconfiguration projects across the UK. From office transformations to large-scale commercial refurbishments, the team combines design, build, and delivery with a strong reputation for quality and performance. This role requires more than just relationship management; you need to bring market insight, real commercial value, and the ability to deliver £2-3 million per year in new work. Key Responsibilities Secure new business from developers, contractors, architects, landlords, and consultants Build trusted, long-term relationships across the construction and property landscape Understand project details and commercial implications to shape compelling proposals Attend client sites and meetings to assess requirements and advise on delivery Work closely with internal teams across estimating, design, and project management Represent the business credibly in both technical and client-facing conversations What You\’ll Need Proven background in B2B sales within construction, fit-out, or refurbishment Ability to win and manage projects valued from £100k to £1M Experience dealing directly with contractors, developers, and design professionals Credibility on-site and understanding of how projects are scoped and delivered Strong commercial acumen with confidence in pricing, negotiating, and closing deals Based in the North (Yorkshire/surrounding areas) with UK-wide travel as required Self-starter with the hunger to build a pipeline and deliver real results The Right Fit You are not just good with people; you understand this sector inside out.
