Job Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and on-demand education (including Lunch and Learns) for office staff regarding Reimbursement challenges and available support services.
- Conduct education and reimbursement support interactions, both on-site and virtual, based on client expectations.
- Record and track all activities daily for reporting purposes, with weekly reporting to the manager.
- Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization Process, Support Center Services, Medicare and Commercial coverage, and patient communication streams.
- Report educational topics monthly at the FRM level as per client expectations, with quarterly trending data reporting.
- Assist with Reimbursement Support on case management, billing and coding updates, claims submission, Specialty Pharmacy, and medical benefit interpretation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely workflow based on service level agreements.
- Set up appointments, complete outbound calls, and assist with backlog casework.
- Interface with physicians and manufacturer representatives to exchange patient and provider information.
- Track all interactions/activities in the specified FRM CRM for reporting to management and clients.
- Monitor program performance for physicians and manufacturer representatives via FRM CRM dashboards, identify trending results, and report quarterly.
- Support customer surveys on program performance as per client options.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base pay, performance-based bonuses, and long-term incentives, depending on experience, skills, and location. The base pay range for this position is $76,300 - $127,100.
