The opportunity to join an Executive Search firm specialising in high-level legal placements, primarily Partners, has become available.

You will specialise within a certain area of Law; Corporate, Finance & Banking, or Investment Funds. You will get 1-1 training and the best exposure to how the legal field is run, meaning you are given the tools to grow an incredibly successful career.
The Benefits
- £30k base salary, rising to £35k after your first promotion
- 2 annual bonuses based off hitting your targets
- Bonus for each placement as a Consultant (£500)
- Overall OTE in year one of £55k
- Transparent career progression and clear target to become a Consultant (6-12 months)

The Role
- Conducting research and developing in-depth industry knowledge through market mapping individuals and companies in the core markets
- Building and maintaining great relationships with your clients
- Creating a strong network of senior talent and being able to identify their strengths
- Preparing client reports to present to your senior team
- Supporting colleagues with their mandates and completing business development as and when it is necessary
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Confident and happy to interact with top-level legal professions
- Consultative mindset and commercially aware
- Fluent in any European language is highly beneficial yet not essential
