As a Field Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of this journey, cultivating and expanding our independent On-Trade business and building lasting relationships within your designated territory or key cities. Your role is pivotal in amplifying Brown-Forman's portfolio presence, driving growth across distribution, value, volume, brand advocacy, visibility, and impactful promotional activations—securing our position in the vibrant On-Trade landscape.
What You Can Expect
- Champion Iconic Brands & Cultivate Super Premium Growth: Lead the expansion of our legendary Jack Daniel's and our Super Premium portfolio, including El Jimador, Gin Mare, Diplomatico, and Woodford Reserve.
- Elevate Customer Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with key customers, becoming their trusted partner.
- Drive Value-Led Growth: Collaborate with customers to develop business plans focused on value creation and volume growth.
- Unlock New Business: Pursue new opportunities with wholesale teams and secure key accounts in influential on-premise locations.
- Forge Internal Connections: Develop strong relationships across Brown-Forman's UK operations and the wider On-Trade team.
- Act as an On-Trade Ambassador: Represent Brown-Forman at industry events, building relationships and promoting our brands.
- Territory Management: Plan and organize customer engagements using Salesforce, ensuring effective time management.
- Craft High-Impact Account Strategies: Develop Account Plans for premium influencer accounts to deliver significant growth.
- Resourceful Budget Management: Effectively plan and manage budgets and resources with support from your RSM.
- Drive Efficiency and Compliance: Use CRM tools and adhere to sales processes for optimal performance.
- Champion Responsible Growth: Execute incentive programs and uphold corporate social responsibility guidelines.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- IT and social media skills, proficient in MS Office & Google applications
- Strong business acumen and fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills (influencing, listening, presenting, writing)
- Self-starter with planning and alignment skills
