Change Manager

We’re supporting an exciting transformation programme and looking for experienced Change Managers (Contract) to help drive delivery across a key area of the business. This role will act as a vital link between the change team and the wider organisation, making sure change is well communicated, adopted, and embedded.

You’ll be someone who’s confident navigating ambiguity, engaging stakeholders, and making things happen. The focus is on clear planning, impactful communication, and helping teams get ready for what’s next.
