Are you ready to dive into an exciting role where you will be at the forefront of delivering top-notch customer service for one of AJW’s largest contracts? If you are driven by excellence and thrive in exceeding service levels, then this opportunity is for you! This role is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract. The working hours are Monday - Friday 0830-1730.
What you’ll be doing:
- Spearheading the global distribution of aircraft component materials
- Navigating the procurement process for aircraft component materials
- Maintaining inventory levels within contractual agreements
- Initiating team decision-making on transactions and escalating issues to internal and external management
- Participating in departmental projects
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Managing orders against expected timeframes and resolving queries efficiently
