We are seeking a proactive individual to lead data efforts within our Claims Operations team, focusing on developing claims reporting tools and providing thought leadership in data visualization as we transition to a new platform.
The opportunity: As part of the Wholesale Claims team, you will oversee the development and implementation of data analytics, lead and mentor analysts, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives, and improve claims performance through insightful reporting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee data analytics projects supporting Claims Operations.
- Lead and mentor analysts, fostering professional development.
- Implement data quality controls to ensure claims data integrity.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports with key insights to leadership.
- Manage project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate claims reporting.
- Monitor KPIs to enhance claims performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements aligned with data strategy.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Claims Systems, and Expert spend systems for various business functions.

- Proven experience in data analytics.
- Knowledge of London market systems such as ECF, claims workflow triggers, and processes.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills to interact with senior management, brokers, clients, and teams.
