Our case management service, managed by clinicians, offers assessment options to guide individuals through their rehabilitation, aiming to restore them as close as possible to their pre-injury condition, including vocational support.

As a case manager, you will commission approved services from statutory, voluntary, and private sectors, with a clear focus on returning clients to their pre-incident function. You must demonstrate effective case management abilities and possess exceptional organisational skills. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience; ideally, they will have community-based experience in establishing or implementing rehabilitation packages. Applications from experienced professionals already working as case managers are particularly welcome.
