Aufgabengebiet
- Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Technik und Management.
- Du steuerst den operativen IT-Betrieb und sorgst dafür, dass alles rundläuft.
- Du entwickelst Services aktiv weiter und bringst frische Ideen ein – auch direkt beim Kunden, z.B. in Innovationsworkshops.
- Du hast KPIs & SLA-Ziele im Blick und optimierst gemeinsam mit den Teams Prozesse und Services.
- Du planst mit – Ressourcen, Köpfe und Kapazitäten.
- Du wirkst beim IT-Risikomanagement mit und bringst dabei dein strategisches Denken ein.
Skill-Set
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT Bereich (Lehre, HTL, Uni, FH).
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service Management, idealerweise in Verbindung mit ITIL Kenntnissen.
- Ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse & technisches Verständnis (Netzwerk, Security, Cloud, etc.).
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
- Weitere Nice to have: IT-Risikomanagement, ISMS, GDPR und Projektleitung.
- Drive & Struktur – du denkst mit, nach vorne und über den Tellerrand hinaus.
