Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting the strategic direction for our Advisory business and leading its growth in core technical services
  • Developing new client relationships, leading work-winning efforts, and strengthening our market position
  • Building our presence in energy, asset management, and the emerging net zero sector
  • Shaping and owning product offerings in response to market and client needs
  • Collaborating with the wider energy team to implement developed strategies
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues to foster a high-performing consultancy culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in consultancy or advisory within the built environment
  • Strong understanding of energy management, net zero, IoT, BMS, or FM
  • Proven ability to develop client strategies and deliver successful outcomes
  • Commercial acumen with confidence in business development, pipeline management, and P&L
  • A hands-on leader eager to make an impact with a new team

Our benefits are designed to attract and retain talented people, including:

  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, with options to buy or sell additional days
  • Pension scheme with up to 8% employer contribution
  • Personal Wellbeing and Volunteer Days
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Life Assurance
  • Salary sacrifice car scheme (Hybrid/Electric Vehicles)
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Program supporting mental health and well-being
  • Flexible benefits such as Dental Insurance, Gym Membership, Travel Insurance, and Tax-Free Bikes

Next Steps: We are committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone is treated fairly and with respect. We will outline the recruitment process in advance and accommodate any needs you may have for participation.
