V Selective Recruitment is working with a Training Provider Organisation experiencing growth. They are recruiting a Specialist Trainer to focus on Data Technician and Business Analyst Apprenticeships. The successful candidate will deliver engaging workshops and masterclasses, inspiring and developing apprentices in the workplace.

The role involves delivering workshops for Data Technician L3 and Business Analyst L4 Apprenticeship Standards. It is mostly remote, with some travel expenses paid as needed. Delivery is primarily group-based, with occasional one-to-one coaching.

Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
  • Additional certificates in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are advantageous
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably at senior or consulting level
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams and delivering analysis in complex projects
  • Experience supporting learning programmes and blended delivery approaches
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and delivery experience
  • Supportive of learners with a focus on achievement and motivation
  • Supporting employers in understanding apprenticeship standards and workplace skills
  • Functional Skills in English and maths at Level 2 or above
  • Full, clean UK driving license
  • Commitment to professional development
  • Desirable: V1, IQA, or TAQA Level 4 qualifications; Qualified Teacher Status Level 5 or above
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
The Role:
  • Deliver Business Analyst L4 and Data Technician L3 workshops, ensuring adherence to session plans and active development of KSBS
  • Link knowledge-based workshops with 121 coaching to support application and evidence of learning
  • Motivate and inspire learners to progress through their apprenticeships
  • Collaborate with the Customer Solutions Team for discovery workshops tailored to employer needs
  • Provide feedback on content and support product development to enhance offerings
  • Gather customer feedback after workshops
  • Ensure workshop attendance remains above 8 participants
  • Report attendance to support scheduling and efficiency
