An experienced and discreet Travelling Butler/Personal Assistant is sought to provide exceptional service to a principal who primarily resides in London. The role will be based out of Hyde Park, with an upcoming relocation to Knightsbridge. This is a live-out position, but accommodation will be provided whilst travelling with the principal.

The successful candidate will work in rotation with the current Butler/PA, ensuring seamless and efficient day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for a range of Butler and PA duties, including:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on, high-level butler service, ensuring the principal’s personal preferences are catered for.
  • Oversee table service, wardrobe management, and general household duties.
  • Assist with packing and unpacking for travel.
  • PA Support:
  • Manage the principal’s schedule, including appointments and travel logistics.
  • Liaise with household staff, drivers, security teams, and flight attendants to ensure smooth daily operations and travel arrangements.
  • Travel:
  • Accompany the principal on both domestic and international trips, ensuring all travel plans run efficiently.
  • Coordinate with private flight crews, security teams, and chauffeurs to ensure all travel and arrival logistics are in place.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar Butler or PA role with an UHNW individual.
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently, often at short notice.
  • Ability to work in rotation and provide continuous support when required.
  • Must be based in or near London, and comfortable with a live-out arrangement.

Days/Hours: TBC in rotation with the current Butler/PA
