As a Junior Sous Chef, you\’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 great shifts per week, ensuring daily prep and that each dish is made to specification.

What You\’ll Bring

• Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to advance your career
• Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene practices)
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision
• Strong knowledge of allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety best practices
