Be among the first 25 applicants Passive Fire Estimator – Gravesend FAFS Fire & Security specializes in designing, installing, commissioning, and servicing automatic Fire Detection, Protection, and Alarm Systems in and around Greater London. We are currently looking to appoint a new Passive Fire Estimator based at our Head Office in Chessington, Surrey. Basic Salary: £27,000 per year DOE Pension, Life Assurance & more. Please see our generous remuneration packages below. What are we looking for? You will be a driven and enthusiastic individual keen to be part of a growing, high-achieving team! Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, you will work directly with clients and subcontractors. This role is ideal for someone at an administrative level looking to fast-track their career. Role responsibilities Support the Passive team by estimating remedial works from surveys, risk assessments, local authority letters, and tender packages. Assemble quotations generated by our surveying team. Log and track inbound/outbound enquiries. Estimate remedial works required. Provide excellent customer service. Liaise with other departments and external companies. Handle customer phone calls. Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with our Health and Safety policies. Requirements Who We\’re Looking For Experience in customer service or estimating roles. Strong administration skills. Excellent customer service skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to manage complex programmes. Impeccable literacy skills. Experience in the Fire & Security industry is desirable but not essential.
