Join us as a Maintenance Technician at our Oakhanger, Hampshire site. The Role As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role working on the Skynet contract as part of the Maintenance and Support team. Your responsibilities include proactive maintenance to ensure operational capabilities through both preventive and reactive measures, supporting scheduled maintenance, Through Life Support, and new works. You should be adaptable and committed to continuous improvement. Inspect, monitor, and report on the condition of M&E assets following a planned timetable. Adhere to health and safety policies. Collaborate with Operations and Installation and Maintenance teams. Follow safe working procedures in line with the site\’s radiation policy. Report failures in accordance with departmental procedures. Note: The successful candidate will need to pass a medical questionnaire and/or examination. This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, based onsite at Oakhanger, Bordon, Hampshire. Essential Experience Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Experience working with safety procedures. Understanding of COSHH regulations. Qualifications Minimum NVQ3/C&G Level 3 diploma in Engineering. A full UK driving license. Security Clearance The candidate must be a sole UK national eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance. Many roles are subject to security and trade restrictions based on nationality and residency.
