Overall purpose of the role will be assist the Head Quantity Surveyor on all commercial activies within the programme to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting.
- Experience: Pre-contract to post-contract, which includes estimates, contractual knowledge, pre-tender estimate, bill of quantities, tender documentation, tender review, preparing contract, post contract duties, cost reports, cash flow, final accounts.
Looking for someone who has previously been a consultant for a few years after university, and are now ready to progress to a more independent role.
