Good English and literacy required Excellent communication skills across all stakeholders in the business As a team member, you will bring your energy, positivity and enthusiasm to the team. As a team leader, your will demonstrate strong leadership, set an example at all times and motivate the team. Warehouse Team Manager (Rotating Shifts) Responsibilities Leading and supporting a team of Warehouse team members to ensure that KPIs are met regards productivity, time, cost and quality of work ensuring that Health and Safety is always a priority. You will ensure the smooth running of the operation driving yourself and your team members to succeed. Focus on your own growth and development within the role and the organisation.
