The Role

As a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing freehold and leasehold development acquisitions, sales, and disposals.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts and leases, joint venture agreements, and releases/variations of restrictive covenants.
  • Preparing standard information packs for re-sales.
  • Advising clients on SDLT and applicable reliefs.
  • Conducting creative title investigations and resolving issues.
  • Providing guidance on planning and building regulations related to residential development.
  • Responding quickly and effectively to clients’ commercial priorities and requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

  • Have strong experience in residential property law, particularly in development acquisitions, sales, and disposals.
  • Be skilled in drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, joint venture agreements, and releases of restrictive covenants.
