We have a new opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Lead in Wolverhampton.

Key Details:

  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Shift: Full-Time
  • Salary: Up to £50,000
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Shift hours: 09:00am – 17:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior clinical leadership by creatively managing human and physical resources, exploring new ways of working, and influencing others to see situations from various perspectives.
  • Offer specialist clinical knowledge and expertise for clients with lifelong and enduring illnesses, including end-of-life care.
  • Drive qualitative, innovative, and evidence-based care to promote best practices and outcomes.
  • Deliver specialised nursing care to adults with complex health conditions in a community setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and oversee training and assessment of care staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care.
  • Work with the Branch Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective clinical services.
  • Lead clinical service-related tender processes and develop external links with service providers and commissioners.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Post-registration experience in a complex care-related specialty.
  • Experience in teaching and assessing.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Registered General Nurse – Adult, with appropriate registration with the NMC.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Post-basic qualification in relevant areas such as Critical Care, Respiratory, Neuro, Spinal, or Trauma.
