The Events Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Moultrie Mobile brand experience across various platforms and events. This position is charged with orchestrating the brand's presence in the market, ensuring our brand standards are not only met but exceeded in every customer interaction. From trade shows to digital events, the Events Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product development, and retail teams to deliver memorable brand experiences that drive awareness and growth on brand, on budget, and on time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Head of Community Marketing to execute product merchandising, customer experience engagement, outbound marketing, and overall brand experience, including sales meetings, interactive trade and consumer events, and PR trips.
  • Plan and execute all aspects of our presence at trade shows and events, including coordination with vendors, setup/teardown, and staff scheduling.
  • Liaise with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across event displays, promotional materials, and digital presentations.
  • Manage logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor contracts, and on-site coordination, ensuring each event runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Oversee inventory of event materials and assets, ensuring they are properly stored, maintained, and ready for use.
  • Coordinate with logistics facilities to schedule shipments, build new crates, inventory of assets, storage costs, inspection of goods, directions for setting up the booth(s), assess the damaged and lost goods, and will travel to the facility annually for a physical inventory count.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, providing regular forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate event strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Research and propose new events and tradeshows that Moultrie is not currently involved in, identifying opportunities for brand expansion and visibility.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative event strategies and enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to create and execute brand and product messaging cohesively through interactive and digital events to drive Moultrie awareness, understanding, and growth in critical markets and verticals.
  • Maintain promotional and asset programs - including hats, tees, pop-up tents, banners, graphics, educational literature, etc. This task can include creating, organizing inventory, reorders, distributing supplies, and forecasting (budget planning) for the next season's event(s).
  • Sales Orders needs as requested.
  • Assist team members as needed.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in event management, with a track record of successful trade show planning and execution.
  • Analytical, detail orientated with a demonstrated keen sense of business management; proven ability to develop innovative ideas and ability to deliver solutions.
  • Highly motivated and creative with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Effectively problem solve.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and developing insights based on event results.
  • Ability to work autonomously and multi-task across competing priorities, projects, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Have active project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once utilizing tools like Asana.
