Role Overview: Due to expansion, we are seeking 4 Workshop Engineers to join our team. You will work with a wide range of manufacturers including Lenovo, HP, Apple, and Dynabook, in a fast-paced environment, either independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, and restock customer equipment and accessories, including Apple, HP, Lenovo, Dynabook, and Viglen products.
- Ensure equipment is fully refurbished and configured to high standards before restocking.
- Complete outbound orders in line with SLA requirements.
- Deploy customer images via SCCM or USB after repairs/refurbishment.
- Maintain clear and regular communication on call management systems.
- Use troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to ensure correct parts are ordered and repairs are first-time right.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will be capable of installing and replacing hardware, configuring operating systems, and troubleshooting technical issues independently. A good understanding of PC hardware setup and configuration is essential.
