Verition focuses on global investment strategies including Global Credit, Global Convertible, Volatility & Capital Structure Arbitrage, Event-Driven Investing, Equity Long/Short & Capital Markets Trading, and Global Quantitative Trading. Job Title: Collateral Management (UK) Key Responsibilities: Manage and process daily margin calls for all accounts. Monitor and resolve exposure discrepancies and disputes with counterparties. Oversee reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy of portfolio data and valuations. Escalate significant discrepancies to appropriate internal stakeholders. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, internal operations, and technology teams. Establish and enforce operational controls related to margin call processes (notices, bookings, reconciliations, valuations). Conduct regular reviews of portfolio differences and take ownership of resolving exceptions. Requirements: Background in Collateral Management Operations across: Bilateral OTC Derivatives, Cleared Swaps, ABS/MBS, FX Products, Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETDs), TBAs and Repos. Strong understanding of Credit Support Annex (CSA) agreements, ISDA conventions, and relevant regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience using tools such as TriResolve, Acadiasoft, or comparable platforms. Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving operational and reconciliation challenges. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
