What’s on Offer: * £65,000 salary (negotiable depending on experience) * Excellent package including car allowance, pension & benefits * Real career progression within a business that promotes from within * Varied and interesting projects across the Midlands About You: * You’ll have a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services – either bias is welcome * Previous experience managing M&E projects from inception to completion * Comfortable running site teams and working closely with main contractors, consultants, and end clients * Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and ensure technical standards are met * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred * Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HNC, HND or Degree level) About the Company: This is a long-standing, respected contractor with a strong presence in the Midlands.
