- You’ll have a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services – either bias is welcome
- Previous experience managing M&E projects from inception to completion
- Comfortable running site teams and working closely with main contractors, consultants, and end clients
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and ensure technical standards are met
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HNC, HND or Degree level)
