What you\’ll be doing: * Helping individuals manage their emotional wellbeing and establish healthy routines * Promoting independence and personal development through meaningful daily activities * Collaborating closely with health professionals and wider support networks * Responding calmly and effectively to challenging behaviours, using de-escalation techniques when needed What we\’re looking for: * Previous experience in mental health support.
