About the Role

With your business knowledge, you will assist in analysing data submissions from clients and automating acquisition of their data prior to its ingestion, making it available for L&H Re users. You will gain experience in managing large amounts of L&H Re client data in the UKI and ANZ regions. Throughout the rotation, you will enhance your understanding of L&H client data and gain insights into the different stakeholders served by DMI. Your work will have a direct impact on streamlining processes, and enabling data-availability across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Swiss Re systems to code, test, and automate the collection and preparation of client data.
  • Conduct peer reviews of code and approve it for production deployment.
  • Monitor data acquisition processes and provide support for error resolution.
  • Work closely with Technical Accounting teams to understand and meet business requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimizing business processes.

This is a full-time temporary position with an expected duration until the end of the year, with a current requirement of attending the office 3 days per week.

Our mission is to make data accessible to stakeholders by systematically acquiring and ingesting client data through our systems. We leverage advanced analytics to generate insights that add value to Life & Health Re. With a focus on continuous improvement, we strive to enhance data, systems, and processes for the benefit of our stakeholders.

About You

You are enthusiastic about data and problem-solving. You have analytical prowess and communication skills with a strong understanding of data mapping and ETL processing. You thrive in environments where you can query and analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes.
