Centers Dialysis Care is seeking Registered Dialysis Nurses (RN) for our dialysis center in Bronx, NY. We are hiring experienced dialysis nurses and training interested nurses in dialysis care. Duties:
- Assess patient status and monitor care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Coordinate patient care and provide education.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Monitor and document patient responses.
- Mobilize resources for complex cases to enhance patient participation in recovery.
- Use assessment and diagnostic information to anticipate healthcare needs.
- Ensure effective handoff communication.
- Adjust staffing as needed based on unit needs.
- Provide individualized comfort measures using evidence-based practices.
- Participate in performance improvement activities.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Active NY RN License
