What You’ll Get

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-day
- Business development: You’ll build your own client base by reaching out to decision-makers in UK Government sectors. This is a sales role, so you’ll be confident picking up the phone and pitching g2’s recruitment services.
- Client relationships: Once you’ve built that trust, you’ll work closely with your clients to understand what they’re hiring for, what kind of candidates they need, and how you can help them grow their team.
- Candidate sourcing: You’ll be headhunting skilled professionals using platforms like LinkedIn and our database. You’ll write adverts, screen CVs, and conduct phone interviews to match top talent to your clients’ vacancies.
- Process management: You’ll manage everything from arranging interviews to negotiating salaries and securing offers. You’re in control of the entire recruitment cycle, start to finish.
- Market building: Over time, you’ll become an expert in your niche - spotting trends, identifying opportunities, and positioning yourself as the go-to recruiter in your space.
