We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Technical Product Manager to support a key transformation initiative focused on decentralising data usage and driving the development of data products. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing data capabilities, fostering a product-centric mindset, and driving behavioural change across business units.

The Role:

  • Lead the delivery of decentralized data platforms with a strong product management mindset.
  • Drive the adoption and improvement of internal data products across multiple business units.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Champion behavioural change in the use and ownership of data products within the organization.
  • Define and prioritize product features and improvements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams, data professionals, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive platform adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to create the product strategy.
  • Define near and long-term roadmaps, goals, objectives, and key results.
  • Understand and drive performance against both commercial and non-commercial KPIs.
  • Partner with multiple domains within the business to identify and deliver impactful user and business outcomes.
  • Build a deep understanding of how data is used to drive value.
  • Facilitate user research/testing to validate ideas and identify user problems to solve.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to align priorities and set expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a data-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, internal product delivery, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change.
  • Excellent vendor management and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Product management experience, preferably with internal-facing products.
  • Passion for product performance metrics and feedback.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Analytical thinking and innovative mindset.
  • Collaborative attitude and positive approach.
  • Ability to synthesize data insights and customer research.
  • Experience in growing demand and engagement for products.
  • Participation in or running of design sprints.
