This is an ideal opportunity to start your career in Learning and Development as an L&D Technical Trainer. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this role focuses on delivering the Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme and supporting Technical Partners by sharing insights and driving continuous improvement from the front line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solely deliver and facilitate the AssocRICS Trainee/Graduate and SAVA programmes, ensuring alignment with RICS standards and curriculum.
  • Manage the end-to-end trainee journey, from onboarding to AssocRICS accreditation.
  • Deliver engaging technical training sessions on surveying, building pathology, and related legislation.
  • Monitor and evaluate training success, using feedback and data for continuous improvement.
  • Share insights with L&D Technical Partners to develop and implement enhancements.
  • Contribute to managing increasing demand for technical training to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager and team to align training initiatives with organisational goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualification.
  • Technical knowledge of Building Pathology, relevant legislation, and construction standards.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of facilitating engaging sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of L&D principles and structured learning delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills for participant engagement and group management.
  • Ability to track training participation and feedback, contributing to impact reports.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for material development and reporting.
