Assistant Site Manager

Job Title: Assistant Site Manager – New Build Housing

Location: Nottingham

Salary: GBP45,000 – GBP52,000 D.O.E

We\’re seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a new build housing development in Nottingham.

In this role, you\’ll assist in overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. You\’ll work closely with the Site Manager and subcontractors, helping to coordinate activities on site and uphold quality control.

Key Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS/SSSTS
• CSCS card (in date)
• Current First Aid certification
• Proven experience in housing developments
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance
