The Company

Established over 30 years ago, they work across the board to produce and deliver a diverse range of events including press launches, dealer training events, conferences and experiential marketing projects. With such a credible reputation, they are well known for being specialists in the auto sector offering full event logistics services. The Role
As an Event Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full end to end management for some of their largest and most prestigious automotive clients - taking the lead on projects from brief through to delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing events from brief through to delivery
- Creating proposals and pitching
- Sourcing and negotiation with venues and other suppliers
- Liaising closely with internal teams
- Managing full delegate registration and logistics
- Preparing and reconciling budgets
- Overseeing the successful delivery of events onsite
- Building and developing client relationships
The Candidate
Candidates must have a proven background in delivering a broad range of events from within an agency environment, working collaboratively with production and creative teams. Experience of dealing with multiple suppliers and managing budgets is essential and any exposure to managing automotive events would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. In return, you will have the opportunity to work with fantastic clients and deliver some truly exciting events!
