Are you an experienced pre construction professional with a background in structural steel? Would you like to work for a young but growing business? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are already delivering large steel projects across the UK but are looking to grow further in to the market. Your background in the hot rolled, structural steel sector will be essential as you will be liaising with a tier 1 contractor client base. We would especially be interested in speaking to people who have developed new clients across the tier 1 contractor space, delivering commercial projects across high rise, education, warehouse & refurbishment.
As a Pre Construction Director you will:
- Be expected to develop a new tier 1 contractor client base
- Liaise with clients, internal teams & external architects
- Travel across the UK for site & client visits
- Work alongside board of directors for further growth plans
- Develop & manage pre construction & tendering programmes
We would welcome conversations with Pre Construction Directors who:
- Possess a strong background in hot rolled structural steel
- Have experience dealing with a tier 1 contractor client
- Would be willing to take a sales approach to build client relationships
- Are able to travel across the UK for site & client visits
