We are seeking two Billing Specialists to join our team in Leicester. The role involves managing invoice deviations, working within the wider Billing Team to handle all aspects of Construction and Service Billing to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor automated billing activities
- Raise non-standard invoices
- Ensure accurate capture of non-standard billing rates
- Process invoice corrections in response to customer complaints
- Collaborate with C2C colleagues to minimize disputes
- Maintain close relationships with branches for timely and accurate invoicing
- Ensure the quality of invoices created
- Follow specific local billing requirements
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Finance background or experience handling invoices
- Experience with larger ERP systems
